Then we set to work, searching through our database and using every ounce of our experience, every relevant contact we know, to find the perfect fit. Every client is different. Every project is different. And it’s the same with the fee, which we will agree with you at the outset and that could be a fixed fee, a percentage of the purchase price or a percentage of the negotiated saving achieved from the asking price.
